ACE Summer School 2026 (Architecture & Computing Tracks)
1. Program Overview
The ACE Summer School 2026 at the University of East London (UEL) offers students a unique chance to study in London while experiencing its diverse culture. The 10‑day program explores the future of global cities, allowing students to build new skills, expand global perspectives, and develop real‑world knowledge that supports future career paths.

Set in London, a global hub of innovation, the program provides high-quality education from experienced, globally connected staff. It brings together students from over 160 countries. Alongside academics, the program includes cultural and social activities, allowing students to explore famous landmarks and institutions across the city, making it an immersive international experience.
3. Financial details
The total course fee is £1,800. The payment schedule is as follows:
- Deposit Fee: £360.00 (Due by May 15, 2026)
- Final Payment: £1,440.00 (Due by June 22, 2026)
- Note: Students are responsible for their own flights, visa, accommodation, and daily living expenses unless otherwise specified by UEL.
4. Program Tracks
Students can choose one of the following two specialist tracks, both centered around the theme of "Smart Cities":
- Track A: Landscape, Architecture, and Sustainability: Explores how cities can be designed to prioritize sustainability, biodiversity, and wellbeing. Includes hands-on experience applying sustainable design principles, design workshops, research charrettes, and site visits to real smart city solutions.

5. Eligibility Criteria

6. Program Structure
The program runs for 10 days from July 20 to July 30, 2026. It combines focused academic teaching led by UEL experts with hands-on workshops, site visits, and industry presentations.
