🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- PhD Completion:
- Degree awarded no earlier than November 1, 2023.
- Current PhD students may apply if their dissertation defence is successfully completed by June 1, 2027.
- Prior Israeli Degrees: Applicants must not have earned an academic degree in Israel (visiting/exchange students are eligible).
- Postdoc Start Date: Applicants must not have started a postdoc in Israel prior to September 1, 2026.
- Academic Sponsor: Applicants must secure an academic sponsor who is a faculty member at an eligible host university in Israel (e.g., Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Technion, Tel Aviv University, Weizmann Institute, etc.).
