AYLTLC aims to bring worldwide youth leaders together through engaging activities that enhance abilities in cross-cultural interaction and cooperation. The camp equips participants to be effective leaders while fostering a deeper understanding of Asia's rich cultures, traditions, and vibrant societies from various perspectives.


3. Financial Support & Fees

  • Travel Insurance: Mandatory for all attendees. Coverage must include lost/damaged luggage, sudden trip cancellation, personal accidents, medical emergencies, and travel delays (including natural disasters).

9. Required Documents

When submitting the formal application form, participants and advisors must provide:


  • Full personal and contact information, including Next-of-Kin details.
  • For Participants: Details of achievements, co-curricular activities, volunteer/job experience, and responses to four short-essay questions (max 200 words each) detailing motivation, achievements, and challenges overcome.
  • Post-Acceptance: Proof of Travel Insurance, Visa (if applicable), and flight itineraries.


10. Anything That Are There (Health & Dietary Declarations)

The application mandates strict disclosure of health and dietary requirements. Both participants and advisors must declare any allergies, major medical problems, and medications currently taken. Dietary requirements (e.g., Halal, Vegetarian, No Seafood, or N/A) must also be specified to accommodate meals.
