The grant is open only to faculty members affiliated with the IoE CoEs.

Awards will be made through a competitive call for proposals.

Interested applicants must submit a detailed proposal outlining the objectives, relevance, and expected outcomes of the proposed travel.

Applications should be made through IITM Faculty.

All proposals will undergo a thorough review and shortlisting by a designated committee.

Shortlisted applicants may be invited to participate in an interview as part of the final selection process.

Preference will be accorded to faculty members undertaking extended visits who are supplementing the funding through alternative sources.

Successful applicants will be awarded a travel grant of up to USD 4,000.

The grant amount will be prorated in accordance with the actual duration of travel as specified in the approved application.

Only one month of your travel will be funded by this program.

All standard institutional procedures and guidelines related to international travel, fund utilization, and reporting must be followed strictly.

In cases where the proposed travel overlaps with the academic semester, applicants are required to make adequate arrangements for their departmental responsibilities during the travel period.

These arrangements should be made in consultation with the Head of the Department and documented as part of the application.
