Eligibility criteria
Students should not have any backlogs
Should have at least a CGPA of 7.5 (preferably). If many nominations are received for a particular university, CGPA criteria will be considered in selection.
Remarks
You can submit your nomination to only one partner university at a time. Multiple submissions to various universities simultaneously are not allowed.
Semester exchange programs last 5 to 6 months at the host university. Please plan your financial expenses carefully before applying. Typically, the estimated cost at partner universities ranges from 4 lakhs to 5 lakhs for a semester exchange.
Students who receive nomination confirmation from the partner university cannot withdraw it and apply to another university.
If you are participating in a semester exchange during your final semester, ensure that the semester timelines at the partner university align with our institute's timeline. If there is a mismatch, you must inform your faculty advisor and the Academic Courses Office and obtain their approval.
During the semester exchange, you should not leave the host country and return to India without completing your courses. In case of an emergency, you must inform both us and the host university coordinator.
If the partner university requires an English Proficiency certificate during the application process, a similar certificate called the "Medium of Instruction certificate" from the Academic Courses Office can be submitted.
Please Note
The partner university reserves the right to choose whether to accept/decline nominations based on their admission criteria or other reasons.
