Call for Applications – 2025 International Staff Week

As partners in our KA171 Project, we are pleased to invite you to our 2025 International Staff Week, taking place from May 19 to May 23, 2025, in Sevilla, Spain. Please find the draft program attached for your reference.

Additionally, our University Library will be organizing specialized sessions on May 20, 21, and 22, open to staff working in the field of librarianship.

How to apply?
Interested candidates should complete the attached application form and submit it to outbound@ge.iitm.ac.in by March 15, 2025.

We encourage all eligible staff members to apply and take advantage of this opportunity for professional development and international collaboration. 

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee selection for the mobility program. All applications will be reviewed by both the home and host institutions, and the final selection will be announced once the evaluation process is complete.
