Diponegoro Education Exchange Program (DEEP)

Dear Students,

We received an opportunity from Universitas Diponegoro, Indonesia, for undergraduate students for an exchange program in the field of Communication Studies.

The offers a chance to experience academic life and explore the rich multicultural environment of Indonesia for one semester.

Program Details:

Program Name: Diponegoro Education Exchange Program (DEEP) 

Venue: Universitas Diponegoro, Indonesia

Duration: Fall semester 2025, which will commence in early September 2025.

Eligibility: Open to undergraduate students, preferably from Communication or related disciplines

Must be an active/registered undergraduate student

Minimum enrollment in the 2nd year

Having TOEFL PBT (500) / IELTS (5.5) or equivalent

Minimum CGPA 7.5 or above

Support offered :

No registration or tuition fees

Settlement allowance: IDR 1,500,000

Monthly stipend: IDR 2,500,000

Airport pick-up from Semarang (on request)

Cultural programs and health insurance coverage

Student responsibilities:

Round-trip airfare (international & domestic)

Accommodation, meals, books, and personal expenses

Application Deadline: 20 June 2025

Please note that the students can earn credits during this exchange, but the credits earned cannot be transferred to IITM. Prior approval from your faculty advisor is mandatory before you proceed with this program.
