We are pleased to share the announcement of the 2026 CCU/CoE International Internship Program offered by the College of Engineering, National Chung Cheng University (CCU), Taiwan.

🌏 Program Overview

This program offers international students a unique opportunity to engage in hands-on research internships at CCU’s College of Engineering. Participants will work alongside distinguished professors and researchers in a multicultural academic environment, gaining valuable technical skills, research exposure, and cultural experience in Taiwan.

📅 Key Details

  • Internship Duration: 9–25 weeks (within March 2 – December 31, 2026)
  • Location: College of Engineering Laboratories, National Chung Cheng University, Taiwan
  • Eligibility: Open to junior/senior undergraduates, master’s, and PhD students
  • Fields: Engineering and Technology disciplines (Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, and related fields)
  • Application Deadline: November 30, 2025
  • Program Fee: None (Fee-free)
  • Scholarship: Up to NTD 12,000 per 30 days (covers accommodation, living expenses, and partial airfare) – depending on project and mentor.

🎯 Internship Structure

Students can select from a variety of faculty-supervised research topics across departments. Each project has defined objectives, duration, and eligibility requirements. Example research areas include:

  • Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity
  • Smart Manufacturing and Robotics
  • Power Systems and Renewable Energy
  • Autonomous Driving and Sensor Fusion
  • Plasma Physics and Thermal Engineering
  • Biomedical Imaging and Machine Learning
