Presentation Guidelines
- The time limit for various categories of talks in the conference will be as follows: One hour for Plenary talks, half-an-hour for invited talks and 20 minutes for each of the contributed papers.
- Please note that this time limit includes presentation and discussion as well as setting up your presentation at the stage. Please appraise yourself about the audio visual requirements in your room well in advance to do this as quickly as possible.
- The conference will have about 180 talks in a span of three days with five parallel sessions and in the interest of smooth running of the conference, proper time management is essential. Cooperation of all concerned is solicited.
- The time limit of 20 minutes for a contributed paper is not small but if one plans the organisation of the slides and also the choice of words for presentation, it is possible to make a lasting impression of your work. This definitely needs rehearsals of your presentation several times to your research groups so that you hone up your presentation and articulation skills better. We request all participants to adhere to this recommendation for the scientific success of the conference.
- In case if any presentation is not held in a session due to the absence of the speaker, no advancement of the subsequent presentation shall be made locally within the session. This measure is to enable the conference attendees to smoothly follow their tailor-made agenda of technical talks.
- Please keep watching the website for the schedule, and in case if there are obvious clashes in the schedule, please inform us as quickly as possible.
-
Authors accepted for oral presentation are advised to go through the guidelines for slide preparation.
