Conference Registration Fees
For inclusion of the Extended abstract/poster in the conference schedule, at least one registration fee by one of the authors is needed.

Registration fee includes access to full conference, refreshments, lunch, and a networking dinner. Accommodation/transport is not included.
Only full-time PhD., UG and PG students qualify for concessional Student Registration

**Accompanying person(s) will only be served refreshments/meals and will have no access to the conference sessions/registration kits.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- If you have already registered for ICEM 2024 and find that you are unable to attend the conference, please mail to icem2024iitm@gmail.com to ask for a refund and cancel your registration for conference as well as pre-conference workshop
- Presenters are not allowed to cancel their registration after August 31, 2024.
- The administration fee (Bank charges for remittance, Cancellation fee of credit card payment) will be charged for the refund.
- Please note that there may be a slight difference in the final refund amount you receive due to the difference in the currency exchange rate.
