The sponsors/exhibitors as well as the attendees will have a month-long access to the app starting three weeks prior to the conference from October 1^st 2024. Sponsors/exhibitors will have their own admin portal to self-manage their branding, logos, etc., and will also be able to collect/export leads as necessary. They can advantageously utilise the prior access and initiate meaningful interactions which enables them to better connect with the participants, understand their needs, and build lasting professional relationships. By embedding promotional materials in the app, sponsors/exhibitors can engage their targeted audience for fruitful discussions and use the conference time efficiently.

Participants can explore your brand in the sponsor/exhibitor section of the app and have the facility to add to their personal bookmarks. Your category of sponsorship will get prominently displayed in the app with the tags like Platinum, Gold, etc. You can give the attendees, a virtual tour of your brand by showcasing your promotional video, website and social media presence whose links can be readily embedded in the app. Interested audience can mail you any query at the click of a button.

Additionally, Platinum and Gold sponsors can have one additional advertisement space in the event management app where they can advertise any product they find relevant for the conference audience.
