The organizers expect that your travel and stay is pleasant, and you enjoy the conference and explore the flora and fauna of the conference venue. Please take all necessary precautions on your personal safety and your personal belongings.
The organizers take no liability for personal injuries or loss or damage to property belonging to the participants, either during or as a result of the event. Participants are advised to take out proper travel and health insurance before leaving their place of residence/home country.
