The Master of Science (MS) by Research program at IIT Madras, offered in partnership with the African-Asian Rural Development Organization (AARDO) scholarship, is designed for students seeking careers in research and development, particularly in rural development technology with a public policy perspective. Eligibility

  • Citizens of AARDO Member Countries

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Technology with a minimum of four years duration

  • Master’s degree in appropriate Sciences or a relevant discipline for a minimum 3 + 2 years duration

  • Good working knowledge of English with a minimum CGPA of 7 out of 10 or its equivalent.
