Proposed Accommodation

Consisting of IITM guest houses, IITM hostels, and Ginger Hotel at IITM Research Park and other hotels located a short distance from the IIT Campus. The mode of bookings etc. will be initiated in due course.

  • Students/Postdoctoral fellows/Research associates/PhD scholars, especially from SAARC countries, will be arranged accommodation in the Institute Hostel on a payment basis. However, it may be waived off if we receive sufficient grants from funding agencies. Detailed information on this account will be shared in due course.

    Nearby hotel accommodation will be arranged for faculty members on a payment basis. Shuttle services between the hotels and the conference venue would be arranged, if needed. Detailed information on these accounts will be shared in due course.

  • Travel for Indian student participants may be reimbursed based on the availability of grants, strictly following the rules of the Government of India.
