Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • The abstracts will be selected through an independent peer-review process.

  • Each abstract must fit within one A4 page, including all text, figures, tables, and references (reference template provided below).

  • List all authors and their affiliation. Indicate the presenting author with complete contact details.

  • While submitting, you may indicate your choice of topic/subject-area. However, the final decision will be made by the Scientific Committee upon acceptance of the abstract.

  • One abstract submission is allowed for each registration.
