- Student registrations require uploading a certificate for authentication.
- The registration fee includes technical sessions, conference materials, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks, lunches, and a social dinner.
- Early registration is highly recommended due to limited availability.
- Each presentation (oral/poster) must have a separate registration. Multiple presentations cannot be covered under one registration.

Visa and Ministry Clearance
- Participants requiring a visa invitation letter and Ministry Clearance should indicate details in the below link.
- OCI cardholders are also required to obtain Ministry clearance; however, they are exempt from applying for the Visa (Indian nationals or Indian passport holders need not fill this form).
