Exhibitor Package
EXHIBITION STAND: The cost for booking an exhibition stand is INR 1,00,000 ( + 18% GST) per unit.
Companies that choose to book two or more units will be eligible for a discount of INR 25,000 ( + 18% GST) on each additional unit booked beyond the first, allowing exhibitors to benefit from reduced pricing when reserving multiple stands.
What It Offers
The exhibition includes shells of 3m × 2m (6 sq. m). Each unit is designed to make exhibiting effortless, allowing exhibitors to simply reserve a location.
The workshop secretariat will manage the complete setup, including walls, fascia, power lighting, and carpeting, ensuring that exhibitors have a ready-to-use exhibition space.

- The exhibition spaces are located within the workshop venue.
- The company logo and details printed in the exhibition catalogue will be distributed to all delegates.
