General Instructions

To ensure a smooth experience at the Global Research Partnership Meet, please take note of the following instructions.

Presentation Submission

All the speakers shall share their presentations (in PPT format) and report by 1st July 2025.

Poster Presentations by faculty/delegate:

Kindly indicate your requirement in the Google form while registering for the program. Standees shall be provided (A0 size poster).

Day 1 Talks (JFBMP)

All JFBMP awardees shall talk for about 15 min, and the conference paper shall be a 6-page report.

Day 2 Talks (Summary)

The faculty / delegates shall present 1 page summary, which should have the following details:

  • Core research focus
  • Translational/foundation outcomes (publications/patents)
  • Existing partnerships
  • Industry relations
  • Research Staff - PhD/post-doc students' numbers (existing/current/graduated)
  • Number of faculty affiliated (faculty as co-PIs)
  • Website link
