Registration Fee Waiver:

  • Limited registration fee waivers are available for participants of African nationalities affiliated with universities in Africa.
  • Students (PhDs): A valid student ID and a recommendation letter are required.
  • Early career researchers: A formal request letter and a CV are required.
  • Please submit requests via email to iutam_ficf@smail.iitm.ac.in with the subject: “Request for Registration Fee Waiver.”
