Participants can avail themselves of special accommodation rates at the hotels listed below. To take advantage of these rates, please follow the booking procedure outlined below.
Booking Procedure:
- For bookings at either of the above-mentioned hotels, Spice Palace Hotel or Antonio Garden Hotel,
- Use the email subject line: “FICF Symposium 2026, IIT Madras Zanzibar Campus” please send your booking request to Mr. Rakesh Dogra at book@spicepalacehotel.com with a copy to conferences@ge.iitm.ac.in The same email address can be used for bookings at both hotels.
Important Note:
Bookings made through the hotel website will not be eligible for the special concessionary rate. Participants must make their reservations via email to avail themselves of the symposium rate.
Shuttle Service:
A shuttle service will be provided by the symposium organizer for participants staying in the designated hotel area. The shuttle will operate from the designated morning pickup point to the symposium venue and, after the symposium, from the venue back to the designated parking area.
