• Please fill up the Travel Claim form in detail and sign in at the appropriate place.
• Submit your bills with signatures e.g. tickets, taxi bills, you may multiply your incoming taxi bills with 2 and write in the form and also in the justification.
• Whoever is coming by flight, submit your incoming boarding pass with your signature.
• For Students we will be able to reimburse the 2nd AC train fare OR equivalent amount. If you are taking a flight, then along with flight tickets, boarding pass please submit a document which shows the price of train tickets from your place of travel and return with your signature. You can collect it from the irctc website.
• Kindly submit the first page of your bank pass book, where your account details are given.
• Submit everything together as a hard copy.
