Registration
All foreign nationals are required to hold a valid visa in order to attend a conference in India. Conference organizers must obtain prior clearance from the Ministry of External Affairs to facilitate the issuance of conference visas for participants. If you are a foreign national who does not yet have a valid conference visa for India, please provide the necessary details through the link given below.
Registration Fees

Note:
- Registration fee will cover a) Welcome kit b) Transport from the designated hotels, and c) Lunch and Tea/Coffee on all conference days.
- The registration fee for faculty members from India has been reduced based on the support received specifically for this purpose. Depending on the level of sponsorship secured, partial concessions in the registration fee may also be extended to participants from other developing countries and to students from India.
