Available
The study examines how varying levels of promoter ownership influence the IPO pre and post valuation, examining factors "Objective of issue" governance characteristics and alignment of interests.
We find firms in India are not having promoters - we propose to examine risks associated with firms lacking a distinct promoter category (highly increasing in India), analyzing governance challenges and their implications for investors. The findings of this research are expected to offer valuable insights for investors, policymakers, and practitioners involved in the Financial Market.
