Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s degree in sciences/engineering/technology
- CGPA of 7.00 on a 10.00 scale or First Class (wherever awarded)
- High score in GATE, UGC-NET, CSIR, ICAR, ICMR, DST-INSPIRE
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology (4 years degree)
- CGPA of 7.00 on a 10.00 scale or Aggregate percentage of 80%
- High score in GATE, UGC-NET, CSIR, ICAR, ICMR, DST-INSPIRE
- Master’s degree in arts or humanities
- CGPA of 6.50 on a 10.00 scale
- High score in UGC-NET
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology
- Eight-semester program with course components including basic sciences, engineering fundamentals, and specialization
- Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology
- Four-semester program with specialization and significant research component
- Four-year bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Arts, or Humanities
- Considered equivalent to four years Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology
- M. Phil. degree in Arts and Humanities
- Considered equivalent to master’s degree in Engineering/Technology
- Not mandatory to possess GATE, GRE, NET, CSIR scores, but a good score is expected for competitiveness
- Candidates without scores may be considered with two years of professional work experience
