Abstract Submission Instructions
Please read these steps before submitting your abstract to IEEE SAUS 2026 through the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT).
Before You Begin
- Accepted abstracts will appear in the Symposium Program / Abstract Booklet.
- Create or update your CMT account using a current institutional email address.
- Designate a Primary Contact Author to receive all communications about the submission.
Prepare Your Abstract
Prepare your abstract according to the provided template.
Download Abstract TemplateThe CMT submission form also requires you to paste the abstract into a text box (max 2,000 characters) for word-count verification and reviewer assignment.
Enter the Submission Website
Submit through the CMT portal: cmt3.research.microsoft.com/IEEESAUS2026
Alternatively, after logging into CMT, search “IEEE South Asian Ultrasonics Symposium 2026” in the filter field at the top right of the page.
Note: Filled information and uploaded files are not saved until you click Submit.
After Submission
CMT will generate a Submission Summary and send a confirmation email. Keep your submission ID and confirmation email for your records.
Don't wait until the deadline — submit well in advance to allow time to resolve any technical or administrative issues.
