Dear Students,
To be nominated, interested students should submit the duly filled Letter of Approval form (signed by Faculty Advisor and Head of Department) along with the passport copy and your official transcripts to students.programs@ge.iitm.ac.in and copy it to outbound@ge.iitm.ac.in.
Pl note: If you are currently not in the campus and if it is difficult to get the approval letter signed, approval can be received through email and the corresponding emails can be forwarded.
Nominations submitted in this application round are strictly for the Fall semester 2022.
Nomination deadline: 15th April 2022
Application deadline: 30th April 2022
You can submit your nominations following these coming points:
– Full name of your institution
– Contact person (full name, position, e-mail)
– Full name of your nominee(s)
– Degree of the nominee(s) at the home institution
– Degree and study level that your nominee(s) are willing to choose at the UGR
– Mobility period (full year, first term, second term)
For those candidates willing to register postgraduate courses (Master), since our system is a 4+1 instead of a 3+2 you need to indicate the degree of assignment at the home institution so we can provide access to the correct application procedure.
Please, take into account that the admission for international mobility students in any UGR Master programme currently requires an official B1 certificate of language proficiency, depending on the language of instruction of the Master programme (mostly Spanish, but also English may be required).
For this reason, we suggest your students to have a look on the UGR programmes of their field of interest to find out which one fits better with their study plan proposal and has the best academic feasibility for their purposes. Please, have a look on the following links:

Regarding the current situation caused by the COVID incidence, the UGR is an on-campus university that promotes healthy campus living, with everything necessary for students to have an authentic university experience. They can learn from their lecturers, while sharing these experiences with other students from all over Spain and the world, as well as with the entire university community (our administrative and support staff also play a fundamental role in this community).
Provided the circumstances require a different plan under the health measures adopted by the local, regional and national authorities, the current Plan will be adapted by official resolution that will be conveniently spread to all our partners.
