To be nominated, interested students should submit the below-mentioned document to outbound@ge.iitm.ac.in.
1). Duly filled Letter-of-Approval form (signed by Faculty Advisor and Head of Department)
2). Passport copy
3). Official transcripts
Pl note: If you are currently not on campus and it is challenging to get the approval letter signed, approval can be received through email, and the corresponding emails can be forwarded.
We are glad to inform you that Technische Universitat Darmstadt, Germany, has started the nomination procedure for the exchange program in the spring semester of 2023.
Nominations submitted in this application round are strictly for the Fall semester of 2022.
Nomination deadline: 20 October 2022
Application deadline: 30 November 2022
Tentative exchange duration: April to July (Orientation and language course in March, exams July to September)
Exam periods: In case exchange students leave before the examination period, there are two options:
- The student arranges an earlier (oral) exam with the TU Darmstadt professor(s).
- The student arranges a proctored exam at their home university with the TU Darmstadt professor(s).
