1). Duly filled Letter-of-Approval form (signed by Faculty Advisor and Head of Department)
2). Passport copy
3). Official transcripts
Please note: If you are currently not available on campus and face challenges to get the approval letter signed, the approval can be received through email and the same can be forwarded.
Nominations submitted are strictly for the Spring semester of 2023.
