- Guests can select their stay dates between 04th September and 14th September.
- The room category available is Superior Room – King Bed only.
- Guests are requested to select only the “GK 2026” rate option while booking.
- Guests must provide their mobile number and email ID for identification purposes.
- Bookings will be confirmed against valid credit card details.
- Guests will receive the confirmation voucher on their registered email ID.
- The credit card provided is for guarantee purposes only; payment for the stay can be settled directly by the guest upon check-in at the hotel.
- The booking link will remain active until 30th June 2026. After this date, any room requests may be shared via email along with guest names and stay dates, subject to availability.
- Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation made 60 days prior to the check-in date will be free of charge. Beyond this period, cancellation charges will be applicable as per policy.
- For any modifications to confirmed reservations (such as change of arrival or departure dates), guests are requested to email the details to Karthick.SHAN@accor.com.
