This form is required to obtain Ministry Clearance for a conference visa, which is mandatory for attending the conference in India. Clearance is needed from both the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) and the Ministry of Education (MoE). Once received, participants can apply for either an E-Conference Visa or a regular conference visa to attend the conference.
